Male TV Star Raped 14-Year-Old Boy In Front Of Girlfriend To Prove He's Bisexual

A teenage TV star was cheered on by his girlfriend as he raped a boy of 14, a jury heard yesterday.
The actor, then 15, also forced the boy to perform a sex act on him in a London theatre, the court heard.
He allegedly told his victim he had to "be with a boy" to prove to his girlfriend that he was bisexual.
Prosecutor Timothy Forster said the actor began sending the lad explicit pictures and texts after telling him: "I think I'm bi."
Mr Forster told jurors: "He said he wasn't interested, but the defendant continued to send texts to him, saying he had to prove he was bisexual, and he wanted to do it with him."
The boy was then dragged into a closed-off stairwell in the theatre, Blackfriars Crown Court heard.
He struggled to get away but was head-butted and restrained before being sexually assaulted.
Mr Forster said the actor wanted to prove his bisexuality to his girlfriend "because she had been with a girl and he had to be with a boy".
An adult interrupted the attack, but the victim did not report it. The next day, the actor cornered his victim in the same theatre stairwell and raped him, said Mr Forster. The star's girlfriend watched and encouraged him, saying: "Do it for me."
The victim confided in a friend but did not report the attack to police despite being "choked up," the jury heard.
There were then "weekly incidents" between the two boys, including another sexual assault in the toilets when the actor started touching the lad.
The victim tried to escape but the defendant "grabbed him and swung him around". He was forced to perform a sex act before managing to escape. Mr Forster said: "He didn't want that to happen, he didn't enjoy this."
Police were finally called in after a confrontation between the two. The actor allegedly emptied a bottle of water over the boy's head and screamed at him: "Whatever we did together, you wanted to do. Don't make out it was all down to me."
The defendant was arrested, but made no comment when questioned by police.
The younger boy dramatically collapsed on the witness stand as he tried to tell the court about the alleged assaults.
Speaking from behind a screen, he had been giving evidence about the background to the case for half an hour when he fainted as he began to describe what happened in the stairwell.
Shocked Judge John Hillen cleared the court and called for medical help. The boy was taken to the witness room to recover, and the trial was later adjourned for the day.
The judge said the lad could continue his evidence via videolink when the case resumes.
Neither of the teenagers can be named for legal reasons.
The actor denies rape and sexual assault. Mr Forster said the defendant admitted there was sexual contact, and the case centres on whether it was consensual. The trial continues.
