The bouncer of San Francisco's infamous Condor strip club was crushed to death when he climbed on top of a piano to romp with a stripper after work - only for it to retract into the ceiling.
Unlucky James Ferrozzo was found by the caretaker next day, alerted by screams from the woman - who survived.
